After you set up your Hello Doorbell then you are eligible to purchase a Cloud Plan.

I am having trouble subscribing? What do I do?

We are here to ensure that you get the best experience possible. First, make sure that you have set up a device at your location. In the event that you are a shared user on the account and did not set up the device, we strongly recommend that you request the device owner to log in to their account on the app to purchase.

Can I try Cloud Plan before I purchase?

You can purchase a single-month package for trial use.

What happens when I add a new device?

Each Could Plan enables the user to grant permissions for up to 2 doorbells. As required, you have the flexibility to switch between different doorbells.

I have a Hello Doorbell. Which Cloud Plan is best for me?

Our cloud service is a one-time purchase and does not offer a subscription function. It is recommended that you purchase a 1-year package for uninterrupted access to information and better health for your family.
